The passenger train in Richland only runs as a tourist attraction at various times of the year. Today marks the beginning of the Santa's Express run; where Santa rides the train and talks to all the boys and girls.
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...

Interesting! I was checking your exif info to see if you'd done a long exposure to get that effect, but everything else in the shot is so static, so it couldn't have been. I really like it!
