Very busy day and evening here today. On my way to the bank, I noticed some fields were already planting a first corp. They were then covering the new plants with a plastic sheet which will protect them from a light frost. In a normal year they would be doing this 3 weeks from now, but it has been a very mild winter
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
Beautiful field and I'm amazed that the plants are up already. My husband has planted some things which are just beginning to come up but we are further South than you. Nice capture.
