I hadn't done any photos for the weekly theme yet an since green is my favorite colour, I decided to do one today. About the elements, the tapestry in the frame of "The Great Wall" I bought at The Great Wall Gift Shop at the base of the Great Wall when I was in China in 1984 giving a series of lectures on Computer Graphics. The afghan a friend in Oregon made for us, and the guys were gifts to me since they are green.
The picture was taken completely in M mode and the only modification was a little straightening, otherwise sooc
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...

Nicely appointed picture..you gathered quite a few interesting items here. the color green reminds me of a German childrens song.helping to learn the colors. it goes like this:
green yes green are all of my colors
green yes green is all that I have
green yes green shall be with me all of my life.
and then it starts over with a different color.
