Dinner Prep

Been a while since I did a food photo, so here is the prep I did for making pork cacciatore. I use a ceramic knife on corning-ware cutting board for everything but the pork.

Well done - the right thing to do- meat should be cut on a scrubbed board which is not used for vegies! These ingredients look as if they have a great dish in sight!
