Napier, NZ is known as the Art-Deco City, since it was destroyed by an earthquake 3 February 1931 and was rebuilt in Art-Deco style. We went on a walking tour - that is our guide explaining some of the buildings. I asked the artist if he minded if I took a photo of his work and he was quite pleased and allowed me to do so.
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
