The post office is 1/2 the building, the other being King's Deli. Two months ago I showed were a car had driven through the window into the deli. Well today they fixed that so it would not happen again.
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
Sad to see but I don't see too many drive through deli's. Thanks for the story shot.
Just giving you an update on my Get-Pushed Challenge for the week.
I will do my best but I doubt that I will get at it until weekend-
Tonight TStorms 39 degrees, Tomorrow, tstorms & rain in evening, Friday snow showers & partly cloudy, Sat partly cloudy & Sunday Cloudy. I wanted to try the star trail just wondering if the sky is going to be clear enough. I should be able to get some sort of light trail toward the weekend. Originally I wanted to try the star trail but I think it works best with a clear sky. The weather people have been wrong before so I hope so.
@hjbenson It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to satisfactory meet the Get-pushed challenge for this week on time. I could just go to the end of the block and get the same shot I did recently with a light trail but I feel it would not really meet the challenge the way I want. The weather has not been good for it this week - lots of rain, snow, cold & windy and then when it was better my schedule didn't allow it. If I do the star trail I want to do it when the sky is clear and go somewhere with less city lights. If I do another light trail not stars I want to do something better rather than just repeat it. I still look at this as a challenge I need to do - it is just going to be late. I will tag you when I do. I feel really bad not meeting the challenge on time but I just don't want to settle with a bad photo either.
