@kerristephens Thank you Kerri @mbemis Thank you Minnie, and this is normally dry land @maggiemae Thank you Maggie, when we get a lot of rain our basement (cellar) could get flooded, so when we had the house built we had a sump put in and drains around the walls that lead to it and the pump discharges the water to the outside away from the house.
