The township does a 4th of July Celebration on the Saturday after the 4th. Across from the Buena Historical Society Booth was Funny Farm Rescue Animal Sanctuary which currently has over 500 animals of various types and sizes that they are rescuing. Their website is http://www.funnyfarmrescue.org/
