Test Pits

In selling the house, we found out that our septic system field drain is not up to the current requirements - it was put in 49 years ago. So we have to have a new drain field. Our civil engineer was out doing test pits for where he wants it to be.

Unexpected expenses I would say but necessary unless you dumb them on the buyer.
