A while back I misplaced my point & shoot and still have not found it. So I have replaced it with Canon PowerShot SX230 HS that Paula Brumbe @brumbe had recommended in a comment - thanks Paula. In learning how to use it one of the preset dials is for a fish-eye effect which I used here. Being this close to the objects you only get a little of the effect. Which in this case is what I wanted. The vase was a gift from the People's Republic of China that was given to each member of our group. We went over for 3 weeks and gave a series of seminars on Computer Graphics.
