In the Vineland Historical Society museum, they have a major glass exhibit. Vineland was, and still is, one of the major scientific glass manufacturers. Besides doing scientific glass, the workers also made end-of-the-day pieces for their own pleasure.Best Viewed Large

@bruni Thank you Bruni, the owners knew they were dealing with artisans and gave them leeway as long as the main work was done.

It is Harry. Whenever we visited Disneyland, they always have someone making something in the window. Probably to get more people to buy them. But it was fascinating to watch them work.
