Shanghai GP3 iso 100 120 format film, straight from Hong Kong. It was 10 rolls for $22 on ebay, so I decided to get some to try as it's $19 for 5 rolls of my beloved Tri-X. I figure crappy cameras deserved crappy film, eh? Especially my leaky TLR...
Only thing I'm not liking is that it's iso 100... kind of makes it pointless in the winter when the sun is barely ever out. So I'll probably still order some Tri-X...
Taken with a Nikon D300, Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8 lens
@crappysailor I will! The only things I read online is that it scratches easily and is hard to self develop because it's really curly. I send all my stuff out for processing, so not worried about that, but hopefully the Holga or Lubi doesn't scratch it all up. I guess I'll see! Got Tri X in the Holga right now, so might be awhile before I get around to this stuff...
@hmgphotos - totally worth a shot! I was worried since it was coming from overseas (I've had problems :P). And toy cameras need to be fed! Enjoy, can't wait to see the results!
*Side note - Going to try developing at home with instant coffee. Just want to find some cheap B&W first.
