Mystery solved

I kept seeing these signs all over Wyoming highways so I finally googled it... they're placed where people die in accidents.

That's pretty sad...there are crosses & flower memorials all over the highways here.

@kidatheart I think WY went to these signs so people would stop making their own memorials. It's been something fairly recent in about the past year... they were all over the stretch of I-80 I use to drive to school.
