Picture Building by homeschoolmom

Picture Building

My Get Pushed 66 challenge for this week was my choice of either building/structure or black and white/monochrome. So, I did both. Nearby my house is an historical, one-room schoolhouse that was in use from 1873-1944. I took photos of some of its interesting architectural features, processed them B&W, and combined them in a collage to construct my own building. A cupola plus a right eave plus a left eave plus some windows....almost equals a school building.
Best viewed large so that you can see all the detail.
@seahawker Here is my picture for your Get Pushed challenge. I may have gotten a little carried away. I just learned how to make a collage on Picasa photo editor, so I couldn't help creating my own building!

@seahawker Thanks, Donna. It was a lot of fun. There is a beautiful gazebo in town that I want to photograph eventually, if I could just find the time to do it.
