Today we visited Central Park in New York City. I was slightly shocked to find fences around the park grass so they could restrict grass usage after dark. Isn't that the point of a park? Any way, here's some of the wildlife we saw in the park. A blue jay, squirrel, a mallard duck, a cardinal and an egret. I also saw several turtles and some huge rats. So far, our rat count for NYC is 6 rats in 2 days. YUCK!
@quietpurplehaze Thanks. He was just a few feet above us when he stopped. If he hadn't stopped, he might have come right to my son's head, which was leaning against that branch! LOL!
OK Lisa - your challenge for the Get-pushed-week-94 is to take an architecture shot focusing-on the form - the lines, curves, angles of the building. Can't wait to see your shots!
@jennywren He was just a few feet above us. He was watching us, waiting for food! LOL!
