Waiting for some TLC! by homeschoolmom

Waiting for some TLC!

I drive past this old house all the time. Over the winter, I realized that no one lived there any more. It's a shame. It reminds me of an old plantation house. A little tender loving care, OK a lot, and it could be restored to it's former glory!
How sad. It has so much character. Hopefully, someone will provide some TLC soon before it is to late. Very nice picture.

Oh I always wanted a house like this with a veranda and a swing seat! How beautiful this is! I hope it gets a new loving owner soon before it's too late! I bet it would be really expensive! Oh well in my dreams! Lol!

Charming old house. Probably has lots of stories to tell! Hopefully someone will decide to take on the challenge.

@pamknowler Actually, in North Carolina houses are reasonably priced, so it's probably not expensive at all.
@lbingle365 @randystreat @aat3877 I hope they restore it, too. Too often you find old houses like this left abandoned here until the brush and vines completely covers it up. I'd hate to see that happen to this house.
@susanalena I wish my house had a front porch like that.
@aponi It would make a fabulous B&B.
@digitalrn It's a pretty big house, too, so there would be a good bit of room!
@thresheg @bkbinthecity Thanks!
