@stephanies No, it was very easy. I have Picasa on my computer. It's free to download and very easy to navigate. The Neon is one of their pre-set adjustments (you get to pick the color) and I added a border.

Thanks for explaining @homeschoolmom I am working from a really old laptop and have a problem with storage space. When I upgrade I will have a look into it.. :)

@stephanies Or get a cheap external hard drive and plug it into your old laptop. That is what we did with our boys' laptop. We have all of their school work on the hard drive because it won't fit on the laptop. Picasa doesn't take up much space as a program, but it does store all of your pictures so it can take up a lot of space that way.
