Took me over an hour of searching online last night to figure out what this bird was. I saw a bird sitting on top of a tree near the lake. I zoomed in and got this picture, but I have never seen this bird before. Beautiful bird. Enjoying my 60X zoom that allowed me to capture this picture of him. I was more than 100 yard from him and couldn't even tell what color it was from that distance.
@joansmor If it hadn't been on a dead branch sticking out over the water, I probably wouldn't have seen it.
