Dear Santa, I want a new tent and a hiking backpack!

Our Boy Scout troop did a fundraiser at a local restaurant tonight. Santa came by to help out. It's very convenient when one of the local Santas is our Scout Master. The beard is real. Most of the year it's black, but around Thanksgiving, he bleaches it two or three times to get it white so he can play Santa. Come January, he'll shave it off and start again.
