Here comes the rain

We've had some huge rain storms the last couple of days. These clouds absolutely downpoured on us for about 10 minutes, and then the sun came back out!

We had two days of overcast cloudy and then cold. We probably got almost as much rain as you but we didn't get the sun afterwards

Hope you had no flooding or wind-related problems. When we drove from Greensboro to Raleigh Monday afternoon, even the transfer trucks had slowed down to 40 mph in places. On I-40!

@randystreat I don't remember any problems on Monday (and we live about 40 minutes south of Raleigh), but the heavy rain on Thursday caused a terrible accident near our church. They were more than 6 hours investigating and cleaning it up. Had the road closed down. It took me an hour to get to worship practice.
