VML the colours - a synopsis of Summer? No idea what the flower is, altoigh it does look a small if it could be a succulent.

@s4sayer The plant was easily 18 inches or higher, so I doubt if it was a succulent. They have several plants like this growing there attracting all kinds of wasps and bees.
