Baaa! Happy Thanksgiving! by homeschoolmom

Baaa! Happy Thanksgiving!

I opted for lamb with tzatziki sauce instead of turkey for Thanksgiving, but I did eat some of the dressing. I also replaced the mashed potatoes with mashed roasted cauliflower and had key lime pie (made with Stevia instead of sugar) to decrease the amount of carbs in dinner. My family had the traditional turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, noodles and pumpkin pie.
Does this mean you cooked two dinners?

@grammyn Pretty much. For the past year, as I've been dieting, I've pretty much fixed 2 dinners every night any way. This way, I didn't have to eat turkey, which I absolutely don't like.
