We had a special dinner the other night, fresh grouse breast, wild rice and a mushroom wine sauce. It was so good. It's a shame we didn't have more fresh grouse, because one grouse breast will not feed a family of five, but it did make for a great picture. And, it tasted so much better than the chicken I fixed to augment it. My 11-year-old son, whose name just happens to be Hunter, was so proud that he provided meat for dinner. TGI Food Friday!
