My son puts a waterproof covering on his cold weather mummy bag in preparation for a winter camp out with the Boy Scouts. Course, he decided to do this while inside his sleeping bag! LOL!
I'm using this as filler for some pictures I missed over the holidays.
I'm sure your son will have fun but I'll stick with a heated cabin (with indoor plumbling) if I want to be surrounded by the great outdoors!

That's what he said, no bugs. He likes the winter camp outs. And it was fairly warm last night, compared to camp outs he has done in the past. @joansmor Good thing it was warm outside. For me to camp out, it has to be above 70 overnight. @digitalrn LOL! He loves that sleeping bag, I'm surprised he doesn't sleep in it all the time.
