A cat and his boy! by homeschoolmom

A cat and his boy!

This week, my Get Pushed Challenge is to photograph one of my kids using one of the January words. I took the easy route and picked "pet." But, in this case, the pet thinks he is our firstborn. Hobbs wasn't happy at all when we brought our daughter home from the hospital nearly 17 years ago. He was just a little annoyed when we had our older son 13 years ago. But, by the time our 11-year-old was born, Hobbs had finally gotten used to babies and they quickly became buddies.
tooooooooooooo cute

Isn't it funny how they adjust to being so special, just like us, but I'm sure he wouldn't have it any other way now

@digitalrn He loves kids now, especially ours. I'm just glad that he's gotten over his dislike for teenagers, since we have 2 (almost 3) in the house! LOL!
