Experiment in camera settings

I've seen people posting different camera settings, usually color filters. My camera doesn't have that, but it does have many settings for a wide variety of outcomes. Here's a few. Obviously, I turned high key, low key and snow into B&W afterward, not that there was much color in this shot. I am not sure why sunset came out blue, but I thought that was interesting and included it!
A great lesson - I am so hit and miss with my shots and outcomes. Am going for a first lesson in a couple of weeks - can't wait. A very clever collage.

@tremerryn Thanks. I got this camera for Christmas, so I'm still trying to learn all of the settings.

@mittens Thanks! I just wish I could find something to take pictures of besides snow! LOL!

A nice collection Lisa, and by the way, Spring is coming

Wow! Nice collection. Having choices in monochrome must be nice! I'm with you on wanting something besides snow to photograph!

@digitalrn Thanks! I sure wish spring would hurry up.
@therubysusan I'm about tired of snow. The piles in front of our house are growing instead of melting.

I tried different white balances on a shot today that was either daylight or cloudy, @homeschoolmom , and "tungsten" made it blue, so I'm guessing your "sunset" made the shot blue by balancing for a golden cast to the light.

@therubysusan Possibly. I was shocked when it was blue! LOL! Sunsets turn out beautifully!

Oh, I was wrong, the blue picture is not the sunset setting, it's the dusk/dawn setting. I used that setting again this morning and it turned my picture blue again.
