No, I'm not laying on a beach somewhere warm unfortunately. I took this at the War College Museum in Carlisle Barracks, PA. The military now uses hesco barriers (like giant, open sandbags) to fortify their forward operating bases around the world. This was taken across the top of one of the sand-filled hesco barriers on display at the museum.
