For Rawcomp21, I chose to slightly crop the picture. I wanted to emphasize the crazy way the crane or red boom arm (not sure what that is) is stretched across the maze of electrical lines above the construction sight.
@mauriciorodriguez As Mauricio has said, its a concrete pump arm, pumping cement out of to the building [not as you might think, just about tosuck the brains out of the poor chap in the orange and white jumper :)
Its a bit of an optical illusion, the boom is behind all the electrical wiring and tram wires, though still dangerous!

Being married into a family that is very familiar with construction I knew that arm couldn't possibly be stretched over the wires, but the optical illusion that it is gives more drama to the shot! Construction work in the city is certainly a challenge. Your crop brings the difficulty of the task out really well.
