Although we are having much of the work done by professionals, we opted to remove the old counter tops and sink ourselves, partly because my husband wanted to keep some of them to use in the garage and partly because they wanted a lot of money to do this. So, we spent about 3 hours tonight removing about a 30 screws of varying sizes and shapes, and some other specialized fasteners, from under the counter tops. There were at least 4 different screws used and two different fasteners. But, we figured it out. And now we are ready for our new counter tops to come tomorrow. Finally!
