For the EOTB challenge, I took this picture of a traditional feather pin worn on a German felt hat. We collected pins from all over and put them on these hats when we were in Germany in the early 90s. My husband and I each filled two hats with pins. One of the hats has this feather (I can't remember who's it is, but I'm guessing it is one of mine as two of the other ones look more masculine), now misshapen from 20 plus years and 5 moves.
Sorry I couldn't comment a lot last night. I was running out of energy after my early morning start. I am meeting a 365er todat Sharleen from Montreal.
@swilde@ceilidh@olivetreeann Thanks! @joansmor Oh, how fun. Hope you take lots of pictures to share. @justaspark We probably brought them in Bavaria or the Black Forest. We were stationed in Aschaffenburg and Wuerzburg in the early 90s. Whenever we saw someone wearing their traditional lederhosen or drndle, they had on these green felt hats.
