My husband's chiropractor suggested that cutting back on gluten would help reduce inflammation, improving his back issues. So, I got some gluten free hamburger buns for him to try the other day. Eeeww! They were dry and crumbly but worked for the picture! So, this is my f-word for today, food, fodder for the masses.
@swilde Hahaha! I thought the same thing. Kinda looks like the old yellow sponge I have under the sink! Unfortunately, it tastes like foam rubber, too! Gross!
