Looks wonderful, is the white color natural?

@susale Corn is usually yellow, but it can be white or even bi-color, which is yellow and white. There is even blue and red corn varieties, although they are more rare and not usually eaten off the cob like this.

Fresh corn has a wonderful sweet taste. A friend of mine is growing some rainbow corn. I hope it produces as I would love to photograph it.
