Spring came about 3 weeks early this year, but Mama Dove arrived 3 weeks late. And when she arrived, she found that her nest had been destroyed by Hurricane Matthew, so she had to rebuild it. But, today, she is sitting on her nest in my holly tree.
My Get Pushed Challenge was to take a photo from a day this week on a previous year and recreate it. In my photo last year, the babies had just left the nest and were sitting in the tree, but this year, mama just arrived. I'll have Grandbirdies soon!
