My Get Pushed challenge this week was to photograph an old building in my area. About the 1st of April of 1797, Buffalo Presbyterian Church in Sanford, North Carolina, was founded. This is their fourth building, built in 1879. The gallery in this building was once used largely by ex-slaves who were members and continued to attend long after the Civil War. It's the oldest Presbyterian church in our county. It's still an active church. It's about a mile from my house.
