My son was wearing this hat yesterday while we worked the water/color station. He didn't know he'd be throwing color powder on everyone. Most of the orange and blue were from the cloud of color that was around them most of the morning. Most of it washed out. There are a few spots that look a little orange, cut they'll wash out eventually. This event almost got cancelled because of some flood damage to the park from Hurricane Florence, but the city was able to make the repairs to the washed out paths in time for us to do the color run.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Those throwing the color were wearing masks. However, the runners had clouds around them at times. My younger son ran. He stopped at my water station to wash some out of his mouth once. All day Sunday, he said he could still smell it. It's basically corn starch and some kind of color pigment.
