We spent part of the 4th shopping for recliners, since many furniture stores were having holiday sales. We did find one, ordered two - one for my husband's new office and one for the living room. We ate lunch at City Barbecue near one of the stores. It was pretty good....and I didn't have to cook it. Definitely better than most NC barbecue, since they had a variety of BBQ sauces and not just the vinegar sauce that is popular here.
@randystreat Here in central NC, the BBQ sauce has not tomato in it at all. It's basically vinegar with some hot pepper flakes it in. Yuck. There is one NC sauce that is tomato based but still heavy on the vinegar. But, we lived in the Midwest too long and ate too much St. Louis style and Kansas City style BBQ.
