Worked all day in the heat, part of the day in the sun. But, the framework for the sign is up and concreted into the ground. Had a slight glitch that made digging the holes take half of the day to dig - about 4 inches down, we hit the old pavement of the road that went to the Camelback Bridge. Surprise. My son and his friend chipped through it with a hoe because it was too deep in to use a sledge hammer. After they broke through that and reached the clay, another Scout dad was able to use his gas-powered auger to drill out the holes. Even that took a while because of the thick, rocky clay. Didn't take very long to assemble the sign frame and mix the 6 bags of concrete needed.
