This cute little brick seating area is on a busy corner in downtown. Howerver, it's filled with signs that say, "no trespassing," and "keep out." Do they think someone is going to steal that big tree in the middle? That's really all that is there except for brick benches. It used to just have a small "no loitering" sign in it.
