My goal for Saturday was to take advantage of the lovely spring weather and trim some trees in the yard. I call it a success, even though I think the wild blackberry bush that was growing around the air conditioning unit won the day. I only got about 75% of it and I'm covered in bloody scratches for my efforts. But, the boys can get to the trash cans without being attacked by the wild blackberry bush. I still have to get the electric clippers out to trim the hedges along the house, but that shouldn't take long.
