Hiding from me!

This bluejay landed in the tree outside my mother-in-law's kitchen window, so I grabbed my camera and stepped out onto the back porch. He kept trying to hide from me, which is why I only got a glimpse of him.

It's the Shadow Blue Jay. I have a hard time catching photos of the birds because i think they see me come to the window. They are good at hiding themselves among the branches too.

@nanderson This was just a plain old bluejay, but he wouldn't sit still but for a few seconds at a time.
@randystreat That must be it. They were flying around the whole neighborhood. They just wouldn't sit still. There was two of them, but only one landed in the tree.
