The second phase of our subdivision is called the Reserves. This is the model home for that section, a beautiful craftsman style home. But, it's smaller than the houses in the older section. We picked our house not because we liked it best, but because it had the best space for our family of 5. All of the newer homes we looked at were small and had no storage. Not many houses have basements in North Carolina.
