Our end of the box packing assembly line. Jessica and I put the shoe boxes into bigger boxes (any where from 16-23 shoe boxes per box) and handed them off to Gerald and my son Hunter to tape up and put them on the conveyor belt behind them. We were the cartonizers and they were the heavy lifters. We did these jobs for 4 hours Thursday afternoon. It was fun and the time passed quickly.
@randystreat We have gotten to see all the stages. We took the boxes from our church to another church, where they were boxed and shipped to this processing center. Then we got to go to the processing center, unbox them, make sure there wasn't anything inappropriate in the box and that there was enough in the box, repack and tape them, then box them according to gender and age category. This processing center ships gifts to Burundi, India and the Ukraine.
