Green Avocado

For my green week of my rainbow month, one of my favorite greens! I do love avocados.

Yummy, I had the best avocado tacos in Texas last month. They used a whole avocado in two soft-shell tacos. I have to make them at home. Love how you can see the texture and speckles in your image.
