My Station

My cutting station at the knife skills class at Sur la Table. I learned to cut celery, carrots, onions, scallions, green pepper, roma tomato, garlic, grapes, and orange sections. I loved the chef's knife laying on my board so much, I ended up buying one.
I had no idea there was a class like that. It looks fun. Enjoy.

@leananiemand They teach all kinds of classes on a variety of cooking styles. It was a lot of fun.

@olivetreeann I don't know if it's fancy, but it sure makes chopping veggies a lot easier and faster.
