This little piggy....is on it's way to a hog farm in Illinois to grow up and become pork chops and bacon! There are lots of hog farms in central and southern Illinois. I always loved Pork Producers Day at our county fair, always Thursday, because the local pork association had the best pork chop sandwiches.
