Tomorrow my son finally starts the actual construction of his Eagle Scout project. He's building a roof over a loading dock at a local food pantry. The local lumber yard was supposed to deliver this stuff, but it came together too quickly at the last minute and they couldn't deliver it. So, I had to go pick it up. Several of the boards are 16 feet long. The rebar is 20 ft. And, it's very heavy. My poor truck! We picked up 1600 pounds of concrete Wednesday.
