My husband's aunt passed away on Wednesday, He's going to his dad's Monday, so he can go with him to the service. So, I spent much of today making food to send with him to stock my FIL's freezer. One is for them to eat Monday night, and one is to go into the freezer. It's been almost 2 years since my MIL passed away. That was the last time we were there because he wouldn't let us go home for Thanksgiving or Christmas last year, then Covid hit.
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this. It is so hard to deal such loss and even more so during these trying times. The food looks amazing, I'm sure it will be very much appreciated. My best to you all...
