Can't have a Valentine's Day lunch at Aye Torro without the flaming fried ice cream. They cover it with rum then set it on fire. While it's burning, they sprinkle on cinnamon and pour chocolate syrup over it. We blew out the flames. We really should have let more of the rum burn off.
That is cool. Love the look of your Date. LOL Can't tell if he doesn't approve of the dessert or wants to eat it and is patiently waiting for it to be ready.
