Every other Thursday night I have to go to worship team practice at church, so I'm not home for dinner. Last night, I cooked a pork roast in the crock pot, shredded it up with barbecue sauce to make pulled pork. The boys opted to eat a late lunch so they could eat pulled pork sandwiches for lunch. It's so yummy!
