Took my boys to the local park so they could help their friend with his Eagle Scout project, creating new entrance into the mountain biking path. It rained Friday, so the spillway from the dam was really overflowing. That flat part just above the the lower waterfall is the road up to the mountain bike parking lot. The water was about 2 inches deep on the road, which is barely a car width across. The boys had fun and came home a muddy mess from moving rocks from the creek to some holes they had to fill. But, they had fun....and the mud washed off. A Boy Scout is clean, but that doesn't mean they don't enjoy getting dirty.
